Survey Results
To guide the app design, a survey was conducted to gather customer feedback on package delivery services. Customers feel safe with deliveries to secure or hidden locations and appreciate frequent tracking updates and delivery options. However, concerns were raised about lost packages, security, and inconsistent delivery times. Suggestions included contactless pick-up, secure drop-off spots, and signature requirements. Some respondents wanted a rating system for services and employees, while others expressed frustration with delays and mishandling. Overall, customers value control over delivery options and clear communication.

Design Challenges
One of the main design challenges I faced was blending a traditional Saharan theme with a modern, functional shipping service. To achieve this, I used unique shapes and design elements that reflected the desert inspiration, which required careful consideration of layout and composition. This process, while challenging, proved to be both enjoyable and rewarding. It pushed me creatively and ultimately helped me grow as a designer by encouraging me to think more critically about how to balance aesthetic themes with usability in a modern context.
Why Camels?
During my research for this project, I discovered that camels were historically used as couriers and transporters due to their remarkable ability to endure harsh desert conditions. Their resilience and capacity to carry heavy loads made them essential for travelers, playing a crucial role in facilitating trade and diplomacy across continents. This historical significance immediately resonated with me, and I knew I wanted to incorporate the camel as a central element of the brand identity.
